Wardrobe Editing

Hey, guys!  Welcome back to Talk Fabulous!
In honor of National Throw Something Away Day, let’s talk wardrobe editing.  Let’s face it, we all have clothes, shoes, purses, etc. in our closet that we never wear/use. Every now and then, it’s good to take a look at the pieces that take up precious space in our closets and evaluate if we really need to hold on to them.   That process can often be difficult, to say the least.  Enter the Wardrobe Editing flow chart.  I find this flow chart helpful as it adds some much needed logic to the whole process.   For more tips about cleaning out your closet, check out this post from J’s Everyday Fashion. She makes an excellent point regarding buying new pieces for your wardrobe that really stuck with me. She points out that you can cut down on accumulating too much by subscribing to the one in one out principle and refusing to buy additional hangers.  I also like to remember that items I never wear or use aren’t do me or anyone else any good just taking up room in my closet.  Bring those pieces back to life by donating or selling them to someone who could really use them.  Happy Wardrobe Editing!
