Today, we’re talking style inspiration again. Remember last week when we were cleaning out our closets (see the post here)? There were a few pieces that I kept out as I wasn’t sure how to style them. What do you do when you don’t know how to style something? You turn to Pinterest of course!
I was at a loss about how to style this yellow shirt. Pinterest to the rescue!
All these are must-tries, but I decided to start with the purple and yellow outfit. Purple and yellow is a color combo I’ve been noticing more and more of lately. Intrigued, I decided to give it a try for myself.
The pictures didn’t quite turn out as well as I would have liked. It’s hard to tell but this is indeed a purple sweater. I paired the sweater with the yellow shirt and tied them all together with the scarf. Turns out, purple and yellow is an unexpectedly fabulous combination. This is an outfit I’ll be sure to have on repeat all winter long! The yellow shirt can stay!
