Today, we’re talking style inspiration. Remember last week when we were cleaning out our closets (see the post here)? There were a few pieces that I kept out as I wasn’t sure how to style them. What do you do when you don’t know how to style something? You turn to Pinterest of course!
I was completely at a loss about how to style this white vest. So I opened Pinterest and searched for ‘white vest outfit ideas for winter’.
I found a few ideas that caught my eye. Trying all 3 is definitely in the plans, but I decided to start with the red shirt and animal print scarf.
I stayed pretty close to the inspiration pic. I opted for a buffalo plaid scarf as it matched the red in my shirt nicely while tying in the white from the vest. I’m not mad at this outfit. Thanks to some Pinterest inspiration, the white vest can go back into my closet for good now.
