Makeup, Product Review

Brow Wow

And where I’ve been…

Hey, guys! I’m back and oh how I’ve missed you! This never, ending winter seriously extracted all my creative juices. Then, when spring finally arrived a couple weeks ago, the puppy and I headed for the hiking trails.  We spent every possible minute outside.  Additionally, I’ve recently taken on a fun new project at work that required what little creativity I had left. Thanks to those of you who reached out. I truly appreciate your support! I’m recharged and ready to get back to it!  Now, let’s get into the good stuff!

Essence Make Me Brow

For anyone who has blonde hair, you know the love/hate relationship that goes along with having light brows. In my younger years, I loved it! Having barely there brows meant I didn’t really need to take care of them. No waxing or plucking, which all sounded terribly painful and so not worth it. My grandma always told me I should fill in and darken my brows, though. A strong brow game would accentuate my features and tie my makeup look together.  She was so right!  Too bad I didn’t listen right away.  Better late than never, though, right?

20180216_FFF_Main3Now that I’ve realized the importance of brows, I was off to find the perfect brow product.  Oh boy, was I in for a surprise!  I was quickly bombarded with thousands of product choices.  Seriously, so many choices!  Who knew there were that many options for brows?!?!   The store aisles were lined with pencils, gels, waxes, powders, oh my!  I’ve tried my fair share of each type.  The winner so far is Essence Make Me Brow.    This is an eyebrow gel mascara.  It’s listed for $3 at Ulta and comes in 3 shades.  I’m in the shade Blondy Brows 01.  To use the product, simply run it through your brows like a mascara and that’s it!  If you’re looking for a quick and easy way to up your brow game, I highly recommend this product!

What’s your favorite brow product?

That’s all for today.  Thanks for stopping by!  See you all in my next post!
