Fabulous Finds Friday
Hey, guys! Welcome back to Talk Fabulous!
Guys, I have a fabulous lip product for you today! Oh my goodness, this stuff is on point! Normally, I steer clear of matte lipsticks. I find them to be way too drying and unattractive on my lips. I kept hearing so many good things about this product, though, I had to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did! This stuff is FABULOUS!!! It’s the new MegaLast Liquid Catsuit Matte Lipstick from Wet n Wild (find it here). According to the Wet n Wild description of the product, they claim the following:

- Glides on glossy and transforms into some seriously vivid color – Check!
- Ultra – Matte finish without drying – Check!
- Comfortable Wear – Check!
- Serious staying power – Check, Check, and Check!
It really does glide on like butter, dries down to a matte finish, and feels like there’s nothing on your lips. Plus, it’s totally kiss-proof and it has some serious staying power. I’m talking staying power that lasts through a 8+ hour day. It’s amazing! I want all the colors, but so far I have Pink Really Hard, Coral Corruption, Rebel Pink, and Missy and Fierce. Missy and Fierce is my favorite, and not just because of the name thing, although that certainly helps! For real, this is the best red lipstick I’ve ever owned. It is the perfect shade of red. Love, love, love it! The hubby even complimented me on it, and he very rarely comments on my makeup. That’s when you know you have a winner!

I do have a couple tips on wearing these. First, do NOT put anything over them (unless you layer them over each other, that’s okay). Even after the lipstick has dried down, don’t do it. I found that if you try to layer something over top of these, the product will just slide right off. Not cute. Same goes if you eat oily food. I had some ribs the other night and they were delicious, but the lipstick was everywhere. Surprisingly, though, it did wear off pretty evenly. The color that remained on my lips still looked nice. Second, try and try again. The intense color takes some getting used to, and you may not like it the first go ’round. Keep trying; it’ll grow on you, I promise! I highly, highly recommend these lipsticks. In fact, go pick up a few right now. You’ll love them!
Have you tried these yet? What’s your favorite shade?
That’s all for today. See you guys in my next post!
Have a fabulous weekend, lovelies!
lylas,
MissyAnn
