The Best of Both Worlds

We continue Easter week with another great outfit option for Easter Sunday. This look is a more understated option than say the Easter dress from Monday’s post (see it here) but more formal than the casual Easter outfit from yesterday (see it here). It’s a nice in-between option that’s super easy to create. I love the simplicity of the inspiration photo and the detailing on the sweater. So pretty! Unfortunately, I don’t have a sweater exactly like the one pictured, but we all know that doesn’t stop us from trying to recreate the look! Instead, I opted for a yellow blouse, a long black skirt, and a black sweater for practicality purposes. The long skirt gives this a more formal look. If you’re looking for a more casual vibe, opt for a shorter skirt as pictured in the inspiration photo. I chose to wear boots with my version, but black pumps would look nice too. Even sandals would be a great option if the weather permits. I topped the look off with some black jewelry and called it a day. I was very happy with the way this outfit turned out. It’s a nice look, easy to create, and, best of all, pretty comfy. That’s all win!
