I don’t know about you, but there’s a few things in my life I don’t like to switch up. For instance, I’m big into crafting. I have lots of stamp sets for making cards, scrapbooking, etc. I could easily mix and match stamps from different sets, but I don’t. Each set stays together and gets used together. The same goes with some outfit combos. A certain scarf goes with a certain shirt and that’s the only way I wear those pieces. Anyone out there the same way? I call it being overly ordered. Pinterest is a really great cure for this “condition”. Take today’s inspiration photo. As you can see, I have an almost identical scarf. However, I always wear that particular scarf with a purple shirt. Always. The inspiration photo gave me a new idea to switch things up, and, as weird as it may sound, permission to switch things up. I don’t always have to do things the same way just because that’s the way I’ve always done them. We can all break out of our overly ordered ways from time to time.
