Hey, guys! Welcome back to Talk Fabulous!
Today, let’s talk repurposing. So your wedding/party/big event is over. You had been planning for months, accumulating all the perfect items to make your special day memorable. Now, all that planning is in a box in the basement. Sound familiar? Don’t let those items go to waste! Repurpose! Left over wedding decor can make great keepsake gifts. I knew I wanted to create something from my centerpieces for the moms and grandmas. Here’s what I did…I took the glass jars from my centerpieces and added a touch of fabulous using glitter spay paint in my wedding colors (here). Next, I took some leftover mesh ribbon and wrapped it around the jar securing with hot glue. I then attached some leftover flowers to the ribbon with hot glue. Finally, I placed a glittered candle from the wedding in the jar. There you have it! A wedding keepsake they’ll be sure to love!
